Dieting Tips - Who are you?

When it comes to snacking, who are you? Are you a "sugar" person or a "salt" person? Different people have different cravings.

I am a "sugary-cakey" person. If it is sweet, I WANT IT! I am also a stress and boredom eater and having a baby = having stress. So, that can sometimes be a challenge.

So, here are some tips that I have come up with for staving off cravings.

#1 Chew Gum. For some people it makes them hungry but for me, it makes me forget about eating something since it's sweet and I am constantly chewing. And, it's 0 Points Value!!
#2 Weight Watchers Snack Cake (1 Points Value). These little cakes are four bites of bliss that always satisfy my sweet cravings. (They come in Lemon, Caramel, Chocolate, and Carrot flavors.)
#3 Hostess 100 Calorie Snack Cakes (2 Points Value). These are a little more bang for the buck when it comes to the sweet cravings. (They come in Chocolate, Golden, and Carrot. I have also seen them in Cinnamon Crumb topping.)
#4 Del Monte Sliced Peaches in Light Syrup (1 Points Value). This is just the right amount of sweet for me with the light syrup and you have no reason to feel guilty for 1 point and adding fruit to your day!
