Pregnancy Advice

I was on bed rest for the last three weeks of my pregnancy. Even if you aren't on bed rest, I highly recommend watching The Learning Channel. They have many shows that really prepared me for what I should expect when I got to the Hospital. They included:

Birth Day
A Baby Story
Bringing Home Baby

On the Discovery Health Channel:

Babies: Special Delivery
The Baby Diaries

If nothing else, you can see the process of what happens during normal, unconventional, and Cesarean section births. And these are on all morning every weekday.
