I may not have been a mom for very long, but I have been on a diet forever. In 2005, I lost 83 pounds using the Weight Watchers plan. Since then I have had a baby and gained some weight but I am working hard to slim down for myself and to be a good example for my daughter. So, be on the lookout for dieting tips. I will always include the Points value with any tips I give since lots of people do Weight Watchers and it is what I am used to.
Hopefully I will inspire both you and myself to eat healthy for ourselves and our children.
